· We humbly don't take returns / Exchange on items sold once. “Incase of any size issues we keepat least 2 inches extra margin inside garment and you can alter it accordingly.”
· We make sure to make our product listings are as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices.We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept return requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, if still there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you but we will need a complete unboxing video for the same.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?
· Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 25-28 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.
There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc.
We religiously aim to ship the products within 32-35 working days, however with the current COVID situation few order shipments might take longer than usual. Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.
