FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

THE SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE PAYABLE ONCE THE PARCEL IS SHIPPED AND THE CHARGES ARE USUALLY CHEAP COMPARED TO NORMAL DELIVERY SERVICES AS WE SHIP THROUGH INDIA POST BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL PREFERENCES KINDLY MENTION IN THE COMMENT BOX.

A) How does the delivery process work?
* Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
* Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
* Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
* Then, your item is shipped to your location.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

· Timelines: As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 9-12  working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.

There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc.

We religiously aim to ship the products within 20-25 working days, however with the current COVID situation few order shipments might take longer than usual. Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and text message from our courier partner with the tracking ID.
