Return Policy

· We humbly don't take returns / Exchange on items sold once. “Incase of any size issues we keep at least 3-4 inches extra margin inside garment and you can alter it accordingly.”

· We make sure to make our product listings are as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its color, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colors, etc., there might be a slight color difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept return requests under color difference, fabric material, quality, etc.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, if still there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you but we will need a complete unboxing video for the same.
